As a user, I can filter Test Runs on the Test Runs List gadget/report by current logged in user

As a user, I can filter Test Runs in the Test Runs List gadget and in the Test Runs report by current logged in user, both in the "Test Run assignee" and in the "Test Run executed by" filtering felds.
