Test Repository/Test Plan Board should allow create multiple Test issues, in a folder, via "Create Another" checkbox

Currently, it is not allowed to create multiple Test issues in a folder via the "Create Another" checkbox. This is due to the checkbox being hidden when the user creates a Test in a folder.

This folder action should not hide the checkbox, allowing multiple Tests being created in the folder.

Currently, this behaviour is also hiding the "Create another" checkbox when the user clicks on the "Create" button in the top nav bar, while on the Test Repository/Test Plan Board view.
