When feature filenames have spaces, the import may end up with duplicated Test Issues

Steps to reproduce:

• Create a feature file with spaces in the filename (eg: "feature file.feature")
• Import the first time to the Endpoint <JIRA_BASE_URL>/rest/raven/1.0/import/feature?projectKey=<PROJ_KEY>
• Import the second time to the same Endpoint
• There should be duplicated Cucumber Tests
