Error occurs when using the JQL function "requirements"

When using the requirements function with get an error:
"Error in the JQL Query: Function argument must be specified. (line 1, character 30)"

eg: issue in requirements('NOK', , , , '2014-01-01')

Also, we get an error when the version name is used instead of the version id with no project. See attachment.
