As a user, I can see the total number of open and closed defects associated with requirement

As a user, I can see the total number of open and closed defects associated with each requirement in the Overall Requirement Coverage Report, whenever doing the drill-down in one of the bars of the report.

Similar to other reports (e.g. Test Plans Report), two new columns should be added "Linked defects open" and "Linked defects closed". These columns don't need to be sortable, on a first stage.

• The defect counters should be linked to the issue search page
• The defects depend on the analysis context (version/testplan + environment)

Note: the same can apply to the Requirements List gadget.
