Description

The association between Pre Conditions and Tests are not being removed when a user deletes a Pre Condition.

Steps to Reproduce

Step	Result
Test with 2 Pre Conditions associated
Delete the first Pre Condition (CALC-4415)
Go back to the Test and the association between the deleted Pre Condition and the Test seems that still exists

Using the Rest API endpoint that lists the associated Pre Conditions

Using the following endpoint to list the associated Pre Conditions /rest/raven/1.0/api/test/CALC-4414/preconditions
