When navigating through Tests, inside the Test Run screen, the "Next" button will not always jump to the correct issue , when using Ranks + Filters

    Description

      When a user sets a Filter to list, as example, only TODO Tests, and then remove the filter, the navigation inside the Test Run screen will not work as expected; it will work as if you have a filter there still.
