In the traceability report, Defects created in the Test Run Manual Steps are not appearing as associated with the Test Run

In the Traceability Report, If a Defect was created in the context of a Test Run but associated with Manual TestRun step instead of global defect section, the defect will not appear as associated with the TestRun and will appear on the row of defects only associated with the Test.
