Wrong results table format whenever creating a defect within a test execution

    Description

      I'm using Xray 3.5.2

      when creating a defect from within a manual test execution, the steps inserted into the description appear in the wrong columns (first image). if I add screenshot evidence, it also appears in that description but within the steps table (second image)
