When S.O.C is active latest status is not being calculated as it should

Steps to reproduce

Have SoC active
Have Final Status over non-final in Test Status management

Create a story linked to a Test.
Create 2 executions for the test:

1. Execution set test as PASS and Story as OK (inherited from Test)
2. Execution set test as TODO and STORY as NOK (explicitly set)

The Latest Execution of Requirement is NOK, but Xray is showing OK.

If we Set the Test in 2nd Execution as PASS and set explicit NOK to the requirement
Now the Requirement Status is shown as NOK
