Error when importing execution results for a cucumber test due to the value of test example step being too long

When executing a scenario outline on a cucumber test and  importing the execution results, an error occurs due to the value of test example step being too long.

This error was detected in oracle databases.

This can also occurs when a name contains non-unicode chars like chinese chars which then take more space to be saved in Oracle Databases.
