Execution page consumes unnecessary resources when a user doesn't have a Test Execution filter set

Execution page allows users to navigate to the previous and next Test Runs of a Test Execution.

This action is particular is fetching more issues from Lucene than what it really needs.

To avoid having this extra use of resources, Xray should add the TestExecutionTests JQL Function to the query that is being done by that action.
