Description

If a Test Repository has a folder structure with more than 1000 folders, an SQL Exception is thrown due to Oracle database limit. Due that, the folders are showing 0(0) tests associated, even if they have Tests on the current folder or child folder.
This behaviour is only verified on Oracle databases.

Pre-Condition

Jira using an Oracle database

Steps to reproduce

Create a folder structure with more than 1000 folders and move one Test to one folder
