HP ALM/QC importer low performance prevents finishing the import in large test instances.

The HP ALM/QC takes a lot of time to import test cases even when only a small subset of the Test cases is being imported (by configuring the HP QC Folder).
And when the HP QC Folder is configured, the number of potential tests is the total amount of Test cases and not only the number of the ones found under that folder.

How to reproduce:

1. Connect to an HP ALM/QC instance with a high number of Test cases (for instance 10.000).
2. Choose one folder with, for instance, 10 Test cases only and set it as the HP QC Folder.
3. Start the import
