When in a Test Execution view, 29 February is always converted to 1st March, even on leap years

When in a Test Execution view, 29 February is always converted to 1st March, even on leap years.

1. Open a Test Execution
2. Fill start date 29-02-2016 20:00 -> Leap year
3. save
4. refresh
5. the date is now 1 March 2016

Note: if we do not fill the houtime then everything is OK
