    Description

      We've found out that Test Execution Issues can partly be modified even if the Workflow Status permits this. For example we the used workflow permits the change (edit, attach, move) of Test Execution only to the Role Adminstrators or the group jira-administrators. Unfortunately, this doesn't impact the option to modify a Test Execution via the Execution-screen to run a test.
