In the Test Run page, in the Actual results fields and Text (Multiline) Test Run Custom Fields, when there is no evidences attached, the attachment button menu is being displayed empty

In the Test Run page, in the Actual Result fields/Text (Multiline) Test Run Custom Field, when there is no evidences attached, the attachment button menu is being displayed empty.

Steps to reproduce:

• Create a Text (Multiline) Test Run Custom Field
• Create a manual Test with 1 or more steps
• Create a new execution for this Test
  • On the Test Run page and select the Actual Result field.
    • Click on the "attachments" button. A empty menu will be displayed. <- This is the Bug. In this case this menu should be display a message explaining why this menu is empty and where to attach the evidence. In alternative, this menu could be hidden and replaced by a tooltip with the same explanation.
  • On the Test Run page and select the Text (Multiline) Test Run Custom Field.
