When importing feature files we get an error due to character limit if there are too many Tests to link to a new Pre-Condition

When importing files using the endpoint  /rest/raven/1.0/import/feature  we are able to create new Pre-Conditions; but if there are too many Tests to be linked, we get an error - "Summary must be less than 255 characters".
