On the Xray Traceability Report, some execution defects aren't listed on a given Version Scope

When using the Xray Traceability Report, with a given Version Scope other than "None - Latest Execution", the only execution Defects displayed are the ones that share the Affects Version/s with the Fix Version/s set on the Scope.

The expected behaviour is All the defects associated with a given test run of a given Version Scope should be displayed, even if they don't share the Affects Version/s or Fix Version/s set on the Report Scope
