Manual Test step does not display attachment as a graphic

Browser: Firefox 39.0

Reproducible: always

Steps to reproduce:

1. open any manual test
2. add small attachment to page
3. Edit manual step - try to display picture attached to test in a step

Result
As a tester I`m writing a manual test and in a step field wanted to display attachment added to used Test. My step description was:
"Familiarize yourself with ‘Screen variants for items’ found under "
instead of diplayed picture i got "No usable issue stored in the contect unable to resolve filename ''button1.png"

Expected result:
screen is displayed

Comment:
I saw in your backlog a feature of adding attachments to test steps. this one i could use as a workaround
