As a system, when importing execution results if the report generated doesn't have tests executed a different HTTP status should be returned

When using the Xray REST API to import Execution results, if the report generated doesn't contain any test executed, the endpoint returns Status:400.
If using a CI environment the build fails, due that response in the task to import the execution results.
