When removing a Test Run from a Test Execution the view does not block when it's refreshing due to the remove operation

When removing a Test Run from a Test Execution the view does not block when it's refreshing due to the remove operation.

This causes users to repeat the same operation or others causing synchronisation errors with the server.

This happens more often when there are many Test Runs casing the table to take some time to load.
