Zephyr Migration fails converting Cycle Folder to Test Execution

Note: This was detected in an Oracle database. This seems not be happening in Postgres.

Whenever we have Folders inside a Cycle, it is wrongly converted to a Test Execution with summary:

"Unscheduled - Ad Hoc - <FOLDER_NAME> Execution"

When it should be:

"<VERSION_NAME> - <CYCLE_NAME> - <FOLDER_NAME> Execution"

Executions inside Folders won't be imported.
