Improvement for the "Add tests window"

When adding tests to an issue, be it a requirement, a test execution, etc. We have a customizable "Search" tab, which allows for fields to be added to the search criteria:

Those fields are not saved for the next use when you add the tests and reopen the same window and tab, the fields are gone. We should be able to keep those fields.
