The Test Repository Path CF values are not escaped when exported to XML

The Test Repository Path CF values are not escaped when exported to XML.

How to reproduce:

1. Create a "Test Repository Path" with special characters (namely: &)
2. Add a "Test to this Path"
3. Open this Test with the "Test Repository Path" CF showed in the screen
4. Export to XML using the Jira option "Export -> XML"
5. Finally open the XML output in a browser or XML validator and the following error will be shown:

   This page contains the following errors:
   error on line 104 at column 40: xmlParseEntityRef: no name
