Description

Test repository not respecting jira.issue.editable property for Test Executions, Test Sets, and Test Plans.
When on the Test repository, we can click on a folder and select the option "Add to Test Executions"/"Add to Test Plans"/"Add to Test Sets", and the Tests are added even if the issues are in a non-editable workflow status.
