As a user, I can hover on the Test Step status result and immediately see the list with all statuses to set

The main goal of this story is to provide a better user experience when setting the results of Test Steps on manual Tests in the Execution screen. Instead of an icon that the user needs to click in order to see all available statuses, the status bar should atomically provide this functionality saving the space of the "Tools" icon and improving the speed for setting step results.

When hovering the test step status bar, a list with the possible statuses should immediately appear and allow the user to change the status of a step with a single click.
