Configuration tick boxes getting unchecked

How to reproduce this bug:
Go to Xray Global Settings;
Click save;
Close the tab and reopen, the browser will give you a ERR_CACHE_MISS ( on chrome);
Click on the URL and press enter jira will give you an error "Defect Environment strategy is required."
Go back to the Xray Global Settings and all tick boxes will be unchecked.
