In the Test Plans filters, when I search for Test Sets, the suggested values should only be Test Sets added to the Test Plan

In the Test Plans filters, when I search for Test Sets, the suggested values should only be Test Sets added to the Test Plan.

Currently, the suggested issues are all Test Sets linked to any Test belonging to the Test Plan. 

Example:

• Test Set 2 was added to Test Plan
• Test A belongs to Test Set 1 and Test Set 2
• When filtering for Test Sets, both Test Set 1 and 2 appears, and it should only appear Test Set 2.
