As a user, I can see the JIRA wiki notation toolbar when editing Test Steps in expanded mode

The toolbar that appears on JIRA fields that support the JIRA wiki notation should be visible also in the expanded view when editing Test Steps. This bar should also be visible when adding comments in a Test Run, on the execution screen.
