Jira Custom fields values are not imported in the Test Case Importer and Test Steps are not created

    Description

      The Test Case Importer is ignoring the values for Jira Issue Custom fields causing the Test issues to be created without a value for those fields.
      If Test Issue custom fields are included in the field mapping, the Test Steps are not created.
