Execute/Execution Details switch not working on Test Execution Tests table

The Test Run Menu on the rows for the Tests table of a Test Execution Issue is not correctly switching between "Execute" and "Execution Details".
"Execute" should be displayed if the Test Run is in a non-final status. Execution Details should be displayed when the Test Run is in a final status.

Currently, "Execute" is displayed everytime.

The Test Executions Table of a Test Issue has the same behaviour and is working correctly.
