As a user, I can see the defect issue keys on the Test Runs table n the Test Execution view issue screen

The user should be able see the defect issue keys on the Test Runs table in a Test Execution. A new column must be provided in order to show these defects and users can configure this new column in their column layout.

The maximum number of defects displayed is 5. Additional defect keys can be seen if the user explicitly expands the table cell.
