The character " in Test Steps does not allow to create/update the Test in the Screen

The character " in Test Steps does not allow to create/update the Test in the corresponding screen. When clicking on the button, create nothing is done.
 
OBS: Please note it is not " but " 
In the console logs, appears this entry:

com.atlassian.jira.exception.DataAccessException: com.atlassian.jira.issue.customfields.impl.FieldValidationException: Error occurred while deserializing JSON test steps

Workaround:
Create the Test and next in the View screen, it's possible to edit the issue, adding the character without a problem.
