Test attachments and Test step-level attachments are not being imported from HP ALM/QC tests.

Pre Condition - In HP ALM/QC you must have Tests or/and Test Steps with attachments.

Steps to replicate

Step	Result
Test and Test Step with attachments
Use the HP QC/ALM Importer Setup to import the Test with attachments
Opening the Test created (no attachments there)
