[Regression] Overall Requirement Coverage chart shows all requirements as uncovered

100% (21) of requirements are in blue in the Requirement Coverage project tab.

After the click on the section it returns the table with 14 really uncovered requirements.

By unchecking the Uncovered type I can drill down to the requirements with other statuses.
However their value in the tool tip is 0%.
