Test Runs Summary gadget, returns an "Internal server error-duplicate key" when filtering Tests that use the same component name, from different projects

When filtering Tests from different projects, if the Tests are using the same Components name, an error "Internal server error-duplicate key" is displayed.

Steps to replicate

• Pre-Condition- Create Components with the same name (Android) in 2 different projects (PROJA and PROJB)

Step	Result
Create one Test in the PROJA and another one in the PROJB, using the same Component name "Android" and Execute them individually
Create one filter to get the Executions from both projects, to use in the Test Runs Summary gadget
Add new gagdet Test Runs Summary, using the created filter and Group the results by Component
