Error "URI too long" when trying to view the requirement issues related to the Overall Requirement Coverage report, due to the large JQL generated

If the Jira instance has a huge number of requirement projects, after generating the Xray report "Overall Requirement Coverage Report", it's not possible to view the issues, due to the large JQL generated used in the request (includes all the Requirement project keys).

Pre Condition - Jira instance with a lot of requirement projects/or large project keys
