    Description

      As a User, I would like to restrict end-users to view the Test Case Importer menu (not only with "Bulk Change")
      Currently we didn't find any ways to restrict Test Case Importer feature only to our Jira -admins.
      The current option is to restrict the "Bulk change" permission, which is not possible for us as this permission is also used for bulk edit issues and being widely used by our end-users.

      Other option:
      is it possible to remove the menu item "Tests -> Test Case Importer" by disabling any specific module(s) from the Xray plugin?
