Possibility to specify a description for each Test Run/Test Step Custom Field an choose to share it or not

As a project admin/Jira admin, I want to specify a description for each Test Run/Test Step Custom Field and be able to choose if this description will be public or not in order to share with users.
Please see the example below:

Benefit:
This would reduce the information you have to enter into the field name itself, especially if you have a lot of fields, self-explaining names might get tricky.

[Update: This should be also work with *Actual Result* custom field]
