Importing Test results returns an error if the Assignee Field is not on the Create Test Issue Screen

Steps to reproduce:

• Go into your Project Settings -> Screens and remove the Assignee for the Create on the Test Issue Screen/Test Execution Issue Screen
• Create a Test Execution
• Try and import a result file; this was tested with Robot and XRAY JSON results files.

Results: 

The import fails with error: 

"Field 'assignee' cannot be set. It is not on the appropriate screen, or unknown".

This same procedure worked for version 3.5
