As a user, I can choose the "TestRun Defects" column in the Test Runs List gadget

As a user, I can choose the "TestRun Defects" column in the Test Runs List gadget.

This should show the issue keys of the linked defects that we're either linked globally on the Test Run or linked to steps on the Test Run.

Note: the behavior should be similar to the "Test Runs" section on the Test issue screen that allows doing this as seen ahead
