As a user, I can filter Test Runs by text on the Test Runs section in the Test issue screen

As a user, I can filter Test Runs by text on the Test Runs section in the Test issue screen.

• this filter should search for text inside the overall Test Run comment and also on the step-level comments of the Test Run
• it should search also for text on the Test Run custom fields values

TO CLARIFY: should it also search on the specification (i.e. the steps and the columns) persisted on the Test Run?
