As a user, I can see "defects" related/linked to "requirements" on the Traceability Report

As a user, I can see "defects" related/linked to "requirements" on the Traceability Report.

Besides defects that are linked/reported to Test Runs, and also the defects linked to Tests (even without having runs), it should be possible to see defects that someone linked directly to requirements.

Sometimes users may report defects directly (e.g. coming from support) and they can link them to existing requirements. This happens without having neither a Test nor a Test Run.

As these defects may be relevant, they should appear in the Traceability Report.

ACs:

• if a given version is chosen in the  analysis scope, only defects having Affects Version with that value should appear; otherwise, all defects should appear
• If this defect already appears in one of the Test Runs, or in the section related to other defects for each Test, then it should not appear again
