As a user, I can see all defects/evidences in the overall section of the execution page

The overall defects and evidences section in the execution page, should display all the defects and evidences also associated with Test Steps.

Each entry in these sections must contain the context(either step index or none).

This feature should be provided as a configuration option in Xray General configuration page. The default value is enabled. The migration must keep the current option as disable.
