Clone Test Executions. Improve the amount of EventThreads triggered by the custom field "Tests association with a Test Execution"

When a value is created for the custom field "Tests association with a Test Execution", multiple Event Threads are being triggered. The number of Event Threads seems to increase linearly with the amount of Test Runs of a Test Execution issue.

From the performed tests, this is having impact when cloning a Test Execution issue (TE) with the following data:

• 100 Tests
• 25 Test plans for each test
• 2 requirements covered by those tests (each requirement is covered with 500 Tests, where each Test may or not be related with the Test Execution TE)
