An exception occurs in the Test Repository - Orphans, in case of filtering for a Test that contains a Component with special chars (&).

Steps to replicate

Step	Result
Create a new Test with the Component (Component & Testing Rep)
Go to the Test Repository and change to the Orphans folder - Try to filter the Test created previously by the Component field
IllegalArgumentException thrown
In case we select the folder All in the Test Repository, filtering for the same component it looks like it searches for all the Issues in the whole Jira instance

Expected result
No exception should be thrown and the filter should work as expected.
