    Description

      The JQLfunction requirementsWithStatusByTestPlan is not correctly including all environments.

      For analyzing the joint values of all environments, "" should be used.
      But there is at least one Test Execution related to a Requirement with empty Test Environments the Requirement is not accounted for, even if it has other Test Executions with Test Environments.
