Folder Picker in issue Picker - We can't see all of the folders because horizontal scroll bar does not work

Description

When using "Folder" field in Issue Picker, it does not show all folders, because the horizontal scroll bar does not work.

Pre-conditions

• Story must be mapped as Requirement;
• Test Repository path should have multiple Folders and Sub-Folders;
• Create Test & Story.

How to reproduce?

• Go to Story > + Link > Tests;
• Change to Search Tab;
• In Folder field open multiple folders and sub folders and see that horizontal scroll bar does not work, as in, does not show all of the folders/sub-folders.
