Test Case Importer validation fails due to cached CSV values

The validation performed before importing tests using the Test Case Importer may fail when previous CSV file values are used for performing the validation.

This can happen when performing multiple imports in a row, or by changing the CSV file after the field mapping and navigating between the importer screens.
